Első nemzetközi találkozó - Prima întâlnire internaţională - First international meeting

2012. november 26 – 30. között került sor az Európai Uniónak az Egész életen át Tartó Tanulás Programja (Grundtvig Ágazati Program – Tanulási kapcsolatok) keretében megvalósuló „Face to success” elnevezésű projekt első nemzetközi találkozójára Cawsandben, Egyesület Királyságban. 

A „Face to success” projekt 2012 – 2014 között zajlik le németországi, bulgáriai, romániai, olaszországi, egyesült királysági és magyarországi szervezetek együttműködésében.

A nemzetközi tapasztalatcserére építő projekt két, a cigányok és bevándorlók sikeres életéhez kötődő központi kérdésre keres választ: 

1. Hogyan használhatjuk az önkéntességet a romák és bevándorlók (mint etnikai kisebbség) sikeres munkahelykeresésében és társadalmi beilleszkedésük elősegítésében?

2. A romák és bevándorlók kultúrájának megőrzése segíti, vagy hátráltatja társadalmi beilleszkedésüket?

A projekt keretén belül cigány/roma és bevándorló munkanélküli önkénteseinknek biztosítunk lehetőséget sikeres példák, minták megismerésére.

A 3 napos találkozó során a partnerszervezetek megismerkedtek egymással, részleteiben beszélgettek a projektről és a fontosabb feladatokról. A résztvevők különböző helyi nevezetességeket látogattak meg.

A találkozón IKA Ifjúsági Egyesületet 2 munkatárs képviselte.

Az Európai Bizottság támogatást nyújtott ennek a projektnek a költségeihez.

În perioada 26 - 30 noiembrie 2012 a avut loc în Cawsand, United Kingdom prima întâlnire internațională al proiectului “Face to success”, realizat în cadrul Programului Învățare pe toată durata vieții al Uniunii Europene (Programul Sectorial Grundtvig – Parteneriate pentru învățare).

Proiectul “Face to success” se desfășoară între 2012 - 2014 în colaborare cu organizații din Germania, Regatul Unit, Bulgaria, România, Italia și Ungaria.

Proiectul, construit pe baza unor schimburi de experiență la nivel internațional, caută răspunsuri la două întrebări fundamentale, referitoare la viața de succes ai romilor și ai migranților, ca minoritate etnică:

1. Cum putem folosi voluntariatul pentru a facilita accesul pe piața forței de muncă a persoanelor de etnie romă sau migrante (ca minorități etnice) fără loc de muncă, respectiv pentru a le ajuta să se integreze social?

2. Păstrarea culturii persoanelor de etnie romă sau a celor migrante le ajută sau îi împiedică să se integreze social?

Prin proiectul "Face to success" dorim să le asigurăm elevilor noștri adulți, muncitori voluntari fără loc de muncă, de etnie  romă și migranți, posibilitatea de a cunoaște și a se confrunta cu exemple de succes în viață.

Pe durata întâlnirii de trei zile organizațiile partenere s-au prezentat și s-au cunoscut, au discutat în detalii despre proiect și despre aranjamentele importante. Participanții au vizitat diferite monumente locale.

La întâlnire din partea Asociației de Tineret IKA au participat doi membrii.

Between 26^th – 30^th November 2012 took place the first international meeting within the frame of the “Face to success” LLP (Grudtvig Programme – Learning partnerships) project in Cawsand, United Kingdom.

The "Face to success" project is realized between 2012-2014 in cooperation with organizations from Germany, Bulgaria, Romania, Italy, United Kingdom and Hungary.

The project is looking for the answers for two main questions those of crucial to help to reach the successful life of Roma or migrant persons:

1. How can we use voluntary work to lead unemployed Roma or migrant persons toward labour market as well as to foster their social integration?

2. The preservation of their own culture is for or against the integration of the migrant and Roma people across Europe. We want to ensure the possibility for our learners, Roma and migrant unemployed voluntary workers, to get to know successful examples and share them in order to empower them. 

During the meeting the partners got to know each other, have talked about the project and the important arrangements. The participants have visited different local places.

At the meeting, from the IKA Youth Association have participated two staff members.
