Negyedik nemzetközi találkozó - A patra întâlnire internaţională - Fourth international meeting

2013. november 4-e és 8-a között került sor az Európai Uniónak az Egész életen át Tartó Tanulási Programja keretében 2012 – 2014 között lezajló „Face to success” elnevezésű projekt negyedik nemzetközi találkozójára Erfurtban, Németországban.

A projekt negyedik mobilitása során a résztvevők részleteiben elemezték a bevándorlók és a romák társadalmi beilleszkedésének témáját Kelet-Németországban, ahol a lakosság körében riasztó méreteket öltött az idegengyűlölet, amikor a szovjet világ felszámolódott a hidegháborút követően. A Türingia legfontosabb városában megvalósított mobilitás lehetővé tette a buchenwaldi koncentrációs tábor meglátogatását Weimarban, amely egyike volt a náci németországi deportálások helyszíneinek. Az 1937 – 1945 között működő tábor számos elképzelhetetlen erőszaknak és atrocitásnak volt a helyszíne sok bevándorló és roma számára, a táborban ez idő alatt összességében több százezer embert tartottak fogva Európa országaiból.

A negyedik találkozó lényeges volt az idegengyűlölet jelenségének körüljárása szempontjából, megmutatta, hogy az emberi irracionalitás mire képes. Következésképpen ez az alkalom hasznos volt az európai országokban élő bevándorló és roma résztvevők számára abból a szempontból, hogy elgondolkozzanak saját életkörülményeiken és a befogadó társadalomba történő integrációs folyamatukon. Továbbá a tanulók összpontosítani tudtak saját személyes útjukra.

Ami a partnerszervezetek munkatársait illeti, a találkozó lehetőséget biztosított, hogy az egyenlő jogok megvalósítását túl gyakran akadályozó idegengyűlölet, valamint a diszkrimináció egyéb formái elleni küzdelemben bevált gyakorlatokat osszanak meg kölcsönösen a helyi német szervezetekkel.

A résztvevők nem formális módszerrel mutatkoztak be egy-egy, a saját kultúrájuk részét képező dal eléneklésével. Annak ellenére, hogy nem ugyanazt a nyelvet beszélték, a zenének köszönhetően képesek voltak történeteket és érzelmeket megosztani a többiekkel, leküzdve az őket elválasztó nyelvi korlátokat.

Az ötnapos találkozón az IKA Ifjúsági Egyesület részéről 5 személy vett részt.

A találkozó főbb tevékenységei a következők voltak:

- a résztvevők és a partnerszervezetek bemutatkozása, a német partnerszervezet tevékenységeinek, mindennapi munkájának megismerése;

- Erfurt város központjának megtekintése;

- egy, az Erfurtban élő bevándorlókkal foglalkozó egyesület és egy másik, a neonáci mozgalmakkal foglalkozó szervezet meglátogatása;

- a Németországban élő romák helyzetének a német partnerszervezet általi bemutatása, amelynek során a résztvevők megtudták, hogy kevés roma személy él Németországban, akik elég  jól integrálva vannak, és anyagilag jól szituáltak;

- a résztvevők által hozott énekek bemutatása, eléneklése, a képviselt országok jellegzetes ételeinek a bemutatása, egymás kultúrájának (táncainak) megismerése;

 - a Weimarban fekvő Buchenwaldi koncentrációs tábor meglátogatása, ahol a résztvevők megismerkedhettek a az 1937 – 1945 között működő táborral, amely különleges, de egyben sokkoló élményt jelentett a jelenlevők számára;

- a találkozó kiértékelése.

A projekt következő, ötödik találkozójára Romániában, Csernátonban kerül sor 2014. március 17 – 21. között, amelynek során a résztvevők megismerkednek a Kovászna megyében élő etnikai kisebbségek, elsősorban a romák életével, kultúrájával.

În perioada 4-8 noiembrie 2013 s-a desfăşurat la Erfurt (Germania) cea de a patra întâlnire internaţională în cadrul proiectului “Face to success”, proiect derulat între anii 2012-2014 în cadrul Programului învăţare pe toată durata vieţii - Parteneriate pentru învăţare Grundtvig.

În cursul acestei întâlniri participanţii au analizat în detalii tema integrării sociale a imigranţilor şi a romilor în Germania de Est, unde fenomenul de xenofobie s-a răspândit în rândul populaţiei, când lumea sovietică s-a desfiinţat după terminarea războiului rece. Mobilitatea realizată în cel mai important oraş din Turingia a permis vizitarea lagărului de concentrare Buchenwald din Weimar, care a fost una dintre locurile de deportare a oamenilor din fosta Germanie nazistă.  Lagărul, care a funcţionat între anii 1937-1945 a fost locul mai multor violenţe şi atrocităţi de neconceput pentru foarte mulţi imigranţi şi romi, în această perioadă câteva sute de mii de oameni din ţările europene au fost ţinuţi captivi aici.

Cea de a patra întâlnire a fost esenţială în privinţa analizei fenomenului de xenofobie, a arătat de ce este capabilă iraţionalitatea umană. În concluzie, acest eveniment a fost util pentru participanţii imigranţi şi romi, care trăiesc în diferite ţări europene, fiindcă şi-au putut lua în considerare propriile condiţii de viaţă, respectiv au avut posibilitatea de a delibera asupra procesului lor de integrare în societatea gazdă.

În ceea ce priveşte personalul organizaţiilor de parteneriat, întâlnirea a asigurat posibilitatea de a-şi împărtăşi reciproc cu organizaţiile locale germane bune practici în lupta contra xenofobiei, care împiedică foarte des realizarea drepturilor egale a oamenilor, respectiv în lupta contra altor forme de discriminare.

Participanţii s-au prezentat printr-o metodă non-formală, cântând câte un cântec specific culturii lor. Cu toate că nu au vorbit aceeaşi limbă, prin intermediul muzicii au fost capabili să-şi împărtăşească sentimente şi istorii cu ceilalţi, învingând barierele lingvistice care le separă.

La acest eveniment de cinci zile din partea „Asociaţiei de Tineret IKA” au participat 5 persoane.

Principalele activităţi ale întâlnirii au fost următoarele:

-    prezentarea participanţilor şi a organizaţiilor partenere; cunoaşterea activităţii şi a muncii zilnice a organizaţiei de parteneriat german;

-    vizitarea centrului oraşului Erfurt;

-    vizitarea unei asociaţii, care se ocupă cu imigranţii care trăiesc în Erfurt, respectiv vizitarea unei alte organizaţii, care se ocupă cu mişcări neo-naziste;

-    prezentarea de către organizaţia de parteneriat german a situaţiei romilor care trăiesc în Germania, în urma căruia participanţii au aflat că în Germania numărul romilor este scăzut, şi care sunt bine integraţi, respectiv au o situaţie materială bună;

-    prezentarea şi cântarea cântecelor aduse de participanţi; prezentarea mâncărurilor specifice fiecărei ţări participante, cunoaşterea culturii (a dansului) fiecăruia;

-    vizitarea lagărului de concentrare Buchenwald din Weimar, unde participanţii au făcut cunoştinţă cu lagărul ce a funcţionat între anii 1937-1945; acest lucru a însemnat o experienţă specială, şi cu acelaşi timp şocantă pentru cei prezenţi;

-    evaluarea acestei întâlniri.

Următoarea ediţie a proiectului, cea de a cincea întâlnire va avea loc în România, în comuna Cernat, între 17-21 martie 2014, în urma căruia participanţii vor face cunoştinţă cu minorităţile etnice care trăiesc în judeţul Covasna, în special cu viaţa şi cultura romilor.

Between 4^th – 8^th November 2013 has been held the fourth international meeting within the frame of the “Face to success” LLP (Grudtvig Programme – Learning partnerships) project in Erfurt, Germany.

During the fourth mobility of the project, the participants analyzed in detail the theme of migrants and Roma people’s integration in East Germany, where the xenophobia got alarming sizes among the population, when the Soviet world closed itself off after the Cold War. This mobility in the most important city of Thuringia allowed also a visit to the Buchenwald concentration camp in Weimar, a scene of deportations during the Nazi Germany. From 1937 to 1945 the camp was a place of many unthinkable violence and atrocities for a lot of migrants and Roma people, during this period hundreds of thousands of people was held there from the countries of Europe.

This fourth meeting was relevant to deepen the phenomenon of xenophobia, and it showed concretely what human irrationality is able to arouse. Therefore, this occasion was useful for the migrant and roma participants living in European countries, to ponder on their condition and the integration process into the hosting societies. Furthermore, they could focus on their own personal path.

As far as the partner organizations’ staff is concerned, the meeting was a moment to share good practices with the local German organizations about the fight against xenophobia and the other forms of discrimination which too frequently impede the achievement of the equal rights.

The participants were invited to introduce themselves through a non formal approach, by singing a song belonging to their own cultural background. Although they did not speak the same language, thanks to the music, they were able to share their stories and emotions, overcoming the linguistic barriers dividing them.

On the five-day meeting from the IKA Youth Association have been participated five participants.

The main activities of the meeting were as follows:

- Introduction of the participants and the partner organizations, getting to know the German partner organization's activities, their daily work;

- Visiting of the center of Erfurt city;

- Visiting of an association, which is dealing with immigrants living in Erfurt and visiting of another organization, which is dealing with neo-Nazi movements;

- Presentation by the German partner organization of the situation of the Roma communities in Germany, during which the participants have got to know that in Germany there are living few Roma people, who are quite well integrated and financially they are well situated;

- Presentation and singing of songs, brought ​​by the participants, presentation of the typical foods of the represented countries, getting to know each other's culture (dances);

 - Visiting of the Buchenwald concentration camp in Weimar, where the participants got acquainted with the camp, which was operated between 1937 – 1945. It has been a unique, but also a shocking experience for the participants;

- Evaluation of the meeting.

The next, fifth meeting of the project will be held in Romania, Cernat between the 17^th – 21^st of March 2014, during which the participants will learn about the life and culture of the ethnic minorities living in Covasna County, especially of the Roma communities.
