Ötödik nemzetközi találkozó - A cincea întâlnire internaţională - Fifth international meeting

2014. március 17 - 21. között került sor az Egész életen át tartó tanulás programja (Grundtvig Ágazati Program - Tanulási Kapcsolatok) keretében 2012-2014 között megvalósuló SIKERRE ÍTÉLVE (Face to Success) elnevezésű projekt ötödik nemzetközi találkozójára Csernátonban az IKA Ifjúsági Egyesület szervezésében.
A SIKERRE ÍTÉLVE elnevezésű, nemzetközi tapasztalatcserére építő projekt két, a romák és bevándorlók sikeres életéhez kötődő központi kérdésre keres választ:
1. Hogyan használhatjuk az önkéntességet a romák és bevándorlók (mint etnikai kisebbség) sikeres munkahelykeresésében és társadalmi beilleszkedésük elősegítésében?
2. A romák és bevándorlók kultúrájának megőrzése segíti, vagy hátráltatja társadalmi beilleszkedésüket?
Az ötödik, Csernátonban megrendezett találkozóra 2014. március 17-én mind a hat partnerszervezet részéről érkeztek résztvevők: az Egyesült Királyságból, Németországból, Olaszországból, Bulgáriából, Magyarországról és Romániából, összesen 31 személy. A találkozót sokszínűbbé tették az olaszországi partnerszervezettől érkező résztvevők, akik közül a vezetőn kívül egy-egy személy Bangladesből, Pakisztánból, Szenegálból és Kolumbiából érkezett.
A rendezvény első munkanapja a felsőcsernátoni Bod Péter Népházban zajlott le, ahol a hivatalos megnyitót és a program bemutatását követően a résztvevők megismerkedtek egymással, a partnerszervezetekkel és a házigazda IKA Ifjúsági Egyesülettel, tevékenységeivel, programjaival. Az ebédet követően Kinda István néprajzszakember, a Székely Nemzeti Múzeum munkatársa tartott érdekfeszítő előadást a háromszéki romák kultúrájáról, hagyományaikról, népi mesterségeikről, eredetükről. Őt követően a résztvevők Gergely Dóra előadásában a csomakőrösi roma közösségben holland segítséggel lezajlott projektbe nyerhettek betekintést, megismerkedhettek a projekt mibenlétével, eredményeivel. A vacsorát követően a résztvevőknek Fazakas Albert, Szilágyi László és Várhelyi Attila sepsiszentgyörgyi népzenészek, illetve Dobai Kata, Barabás Dorottya, Horváth Tas és Marthi Jenő sepsiszentgyörgyi és szentléleki néptáncosok mutattak be szászcsávási cigány táncokat. A nagy siket arató előadást követően a találkozó résztvevői az országukra jellemző hagyományos ételeket, italokat mutatták be egymásnak. A napi tevékenység az „Én dalom” programponttal ért véget, amelynek során a résztvevő tanulók elénekelték az általuk kiválasztott dalokat.
A találkozó második napján a résztvevők meglátogatták a gyulafehérvári Caritas sepsiszentgyörgyi fiókszervezetét, ellátogattak az őrkői romatelephez, majd a Caritas székhelyén megismerkedtek a szervezet munkájával, romaprogramjával, az elért eredményekkel, megvalósításokkal. Ezt követően meglátogatták a sepsiszentgyörgyi HITI Önkéntes Központot, ahol a szervezet munkatársai az önkéntességről, romaprogramjukról tartottak előadást, csoportos foglalkozást. A délutáni program során a találkozó résztvevői meglátogatták a helyi polgármesteri hivatalt, találkoztak Csernáton község polgármesterével, aki röviden bemutatta a települést, a településen zajló tevékenységeket, fejlesztéseket, projekteket. A résztvevőknek alkalmuk volt elbeszélgetni a település vezetőjével a községet érintő dolgokról. A polgármesteri találkozót követően ellátogattak a csernátoni roma közösségbe, ahol találkoztak, elbeszélgettek a közösség tagjaival, betekintést nyertek a helyi romák életébe, mindennapjaikba. A vacsorát követően egy műhelymunka keretében a résztvevők által hozott énekek mp3 és videó formátumban történő felvételére került sor.
A harmadik nap során a résztvevők ellátogattak Szentlélekre, ahol a romafelelős vezetésében végigsétáltak a helyi romatelepen, találkoztak, beszélgettek az ottani közösség tagjaival, betekintést nyertek a közösség mindennapjaiba. Ezt követően megismerkedtek Kézdivásárhely központjával, majd ellátogattak a csernátoni Haszmann Pál Múzeumba, ahol jobban megismerkedhettek kultúránkkal, hagyományainkkal, a Kovászna megyei emberek életével, mindennapjaival.
Az ebédet követően került sor a találkozó kiértékelésére, amelynek során a résztvevők beszámoltak élményeikről, tapasztalataikról. Többen közülük könnyeikkel küszködve próbálták megfogalmazni véleményüket. Az értékelés során kiderült, hogy mindenki, a zsúfolt és megterhelő program ellenére, jól érezte magát, és sokat tanult a látottakból, hallottakból. A résztvevők megismerkedtek a háromszéki romák kultúrájával, életével. Mindez pedig sokak számára lendületet adott a további munkához, ösztönzést a romákkal és a kisebbségekkel való foglalkozáshoz. A három napos program révén közelebb került hozzájuk a háromszéki romák kultúrája, élete, ugyanakkor sokakban a roma telepek látványa meghatódottságot, mély nyomot hagyott. Mindenkinek nagy élményt jelentett a találkozó, az itteni emberek kedvessége, vendégszeretete, közvetlensége, a táj szépsége.
A kiértékelést követően a munkatársak megbeszélték a 2014. július 31-én lezáruló projekt további részleteit, illetve a következő, Magyarországon sorra kerülő találkozót.
Összegzésképpen elmondható, hogy a csernátoni találkozó során a résztvevők megismerkedtek a háromszéki romák életével, szokásaival, hagyományaival, betekintést nyertek a Kovászna megyei önkéntesség helyzetébe, jobban megismerkedtek egymással, egymás kultúrájával. A sokszínűség ellenére már az első nap közel kerültek egymáshoz a különféle kultúrák képviselői, akikből a találkozó végére igazi közösség kovácsolódott.
2014. március 21-én a résztvevők szívükben a háromszéki táj szépségével, a háromszéki roma kultúra gazdagságával indultak haza, illetve azzal az elhatározással, hogy ide még visszatérnek.
Az Európai Bizottság támogatást nyújtott ennek a projektnek a költségeihez.

În data de 17-21 martie 2014 s-a desfăşurat în comuna Cernat cea de a V-a întâlnire internaţională a proiectului „FACE TO SUCCESS”, proiect derulat în cadrul Programului Învăţare pe toată durata vieții (Programul Sectorial Grundtvig, Parteneriate pentru învățare) în perioada 2012 – 2014 în colaborare cu organizaţii din Germania, Regatul Unit, Bulgaria, România, Italia și Ungaria. Întâlnirea din Cernat a fost organizată de Asociaţia de Tineret IKA.
Proiectul „Face to success”, construit pe schimb de experienţă la nivel internaţional, caută răspunsuri la două întrebări centrale, legate de viaţa de succes a romilor şi a imigranţilor, ca minoritate etnică:
1. Cum putem folosi voluntariatul pentru a facilita accesul pe piaţa forţei de muncă a persoanelor de etnie romă sau imigrante (ca minorităţi etnice) fără loc de muncă, respectiv pentru a le ajuta să se integreze social?
2. Păstrarea culturii romilor sau a imigranţilor le ajută sau îi împiedică să se integreze social?
La cea de a V-a întâlnire, desfăşurată în Cernat, pe data de 17 martie 2014 au sosit participanţi din toate cele sase organizaţii de parteneriat: din Regatul Unit, din Germania, din Italia, din Bulgaria, din Ungaria și din România. Datorită participanţilor aparţinând organizaţiei din Italia întâlnirea a avut un caracter multicolor, deoarece pe lângă coordonatorul echipei a sosit câte o persoană din Bangladesh, Pakistan, Senegal și Columbia.
Prima zi de muncă a evenimentului s-a desfășurat în Casa de Cultură „Bod Peter” din Cernatul de Sus, unde, în urma deschiderii oficiale a întâlnirii și a prezentării programului, participanții au avut ocazia de a se cunoaște, de a cunoaște organizațiile de parteneriat și asociația gazdă. După prânz, etnograful Kinda István a ținut o prezentație interesantă despre cultura, tradiția, meștesugurile populare și despre originea romilor din județul Covasna. Pe urmă, printr-o prelegere participanții au avut ocazia să cunoască activitățile și rezultatele unui proiect derulat cu ajutor din Olanda în comunitatea romilor din Chiuruş (județul Covasna).
După servirea cinei muzicieni și dansatori populari din Sfântu Gheorghe și din comuna Sânzieni au prezentat dansuri romă din Ceauaş, care a avut un mare succes. Spectacolul de dans a fost urmat de prezentarea mâncărurilor și băuturilor tradiționale specifice fiecărei țări participante. Activitățile acestei zile s-au încheiat cu sesiunea „My song”, în cadrul căruia elevii participanți au cântat cântecele alese de ei.
În cea de a doua zi a întâlnirii participanții au vizitat sucursala organizației Caritas-Alba Iulia din orașul Sfântu Gheorghe, au vizitat comunitatea romilor din Őrkő (cartierul romilor din Sfântu Gheorghe), după care, la sediul Caritas din Sfântu Gheorghe au cunoscut activitatea organizației, respectiv programul lor de romi, au fost prezentate rezultatele și realizările obținute. După acesta au vizitat Centrul de Voluntariat HITI din oraș, unde colegii organizației au vorbit despre munca lor, despre voluntariat și despre programul lor de romi, după care participanții au fost implicați în activitate de grupă.
Programul de după-amiază s-a continuat cu vizitarea primăriei din comuna Cernat, unde participanții s-au întâlnit cu primarul comunei, cine le-a prezentat pe scurt localitatea, activitățile și proiectele aflate în derulare în comună. Participanții au avut ocazia să discute cu primarul despre diverse lucruri legate de localitate. După întâlnirea cu primarul comunei participanții au vizitat comunitatea romilor din Cernat, unde s-au întâlnit și au discutat cu membrii comunității, au primit o perspectivă despre viața cotidiană a romilor din comună.
După servirea cinei, în cadrul unui atelier cântecele aduse de participanți au fost înregistrate în format Mp3 şi în format video.
În cea de a treia zi a întâlnirii participanții au mers în comuna Sânzieni, unde, ghidați de responsabilul local al romilor, au vizitat comunitatea romilor aflată la marginea comunei. Cu această ocazie s-au întâlnit și au discutat cu membrii comunității, au primit o perspectivă despre viața romilor din comună. După această întâlnire s-au dus la Târgu Secuiesc, organizatorii prezentând participanților centrul istoric al orașului, după care au vizitat Muzeul Etnografic „Haszmann Pál” din Cernat.
După servirea prânzului s-a desfășurat evaluarea întâlnirii, în cadrul căreia participanții au vorbit despre experiențele dobândite în timpul celor trei zile. Unii dintre participanți și-au formulat opiniile cu lacrimile în ochi. Concluzia evaluării a fost faptul că, în ciuda programului foarte încărcat, toți s-au simțit bine și au învățat mult din cele văzute și auzite. Participanții au avut posibilitatea de a cunoaște viața și cultura romilor din județul Covasna. Toate aceste lucruri au dat un impuls pentru unii participanți în vederea continuării activității lor, au primit un fel de stimulare cu privire la munca cu comunitățile romilor și a imigranților.
În cursul celor trei zile de programe participanții s-au apropiat de viața şi cultura romilor din județul Covasna. Vizitarea comunităților romilor au lăsat în amintirea mai multor participanți o impresie profundă și emoțională. Întâlnirea a însemnat o experiență bună în rândul tuturor participanților, fiind surprinși de amabilitatea și ospitalitatea oamenilor din județul Covasna, de frumusețea peisajului.
În urma evaluării au fost dezbătute amănuntele proiectului, care va fi încheiat în data de 31 iulie 2014, respectiv au discutat despre următoarea întâlnire, ce va avea loc în Ungaria.
Putem afirma că în decursul întâlnirii din Cernat participanţii au primit o introspecţie în viaţa, cultura, obiceiurile şi tradiţiile romilor din judeţul Covasna, în situaţia activităţilor de voluntariat din judeţul Covasna, au avut posibilitatea să cunoască mai bine organizaţiile participante la proiect. În ciuda varietăţilor culturale, reprezentanţii diferitelor culturi s-au cunoscut foarte repede, iar la sfârşitul întâlnirii s-a format o adevărată comunitate, o adevărată echipă.
La data de 21 martie 2014 participanții au pornit spre casă cu gândul că se vor mai întoarce la Cernat, ducând în sufletul lor frumusețea ținutului și bogăția culturii romilor din județul Covasna.

On 17th - 21st March 2014 it took place in the village of Cernat the 5th international meeting of the FACE TO SUCCESS project, implemented within the Lifelong Learning Program (Grundtvig Sectoral Program – Learning Partnerships) between 2012-2014. This meeting was organized by the hosting IKA Youth Association from the village of Cernat.
The FACE to SUCCESS project is looking for the answers for two main questions those of crucial to help to reach the successful life of Roma or migrant persons:
1. How can we use voluntary work to lead unemployed Roma or migrant persons toward labour market as well as to foster their social integration?
2. The preservation of their own culture is for or against the integration of the migrant and Roma people across Europe?
To the 5th international meeting, hold in the village of Cernat, on 17th March 2014 arrived participants from all of the six partnership organizations: from United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, Hungary and from Romania. 31 persons participated to this meeting. Due to the Italian organization, the meeting had a colorful character, because beside the leader of the group arrived one person from Bangladesh, one from Pakistan, one from Senegal, and one from Columbia.
First day of the meeting was hold in the House of Culture „Bod Peter” from Cernatul de Sus, where, after the official opening of the meeting and presentation of the program, the participants had the possibility to know eachother and the partnership organizations, to know the IKA Youth Association, therewith the participants got informations about the activities of the partnership organizations. After lunch, ethnographer Kinda István, working at the National Szekler Museum from Sfantu Gheorghe, hold an interesting presentation about the culture, traditions, crafts and origins of the roma communities living in Covasna county. After that - through a presentation - the participants had the opportunity to know the activities and results of a project realized with help from Netherland in the Roma community in Chiuruş (Covasna county). After dinner folk musicians and folk dancers from the city of Sfântu Gheorghe and from the village of Sânzieni presented Roma dances from Ceauaș, which had great success among the audience. The next program was the exhibition and presentation of the traditional food and drink specific for each of the participant country. The first day’s activities ended with the program named „My song”, where every participant sang a song chosen by themselves.
On the second day of the meeting the participants visited the branch organization from Sfântu Gheorghe of the „Caritas-Alba Iulia”, where they got some information about the organization’s activity, about their Roma-program, were presented the achievements and results of the organization. The participants also visited the Roma community from „Őrkő” Sfântu Gheorghe (the Roma slum of the city). After that they visited the „HITI Volunteering Centre” from Sfântu Gheorghe where the representatives of the organization spoke about volunteering, about their Roma-program, and the participants were involved in a group work.
In the afternoon the participants visited the Mayor’s Office of Cernat, where they have met the mayor of the village, who shortly presented the locality, the Council’s main activities, developments and projects. The participants had the opportunity to talk with the mayor about things connected to the village.
After this the participants visited the Roma community living in the village, they met and talked with the members of the community and they got a view about the everyday life of the Roma peoples from Cernat.
In the evening, after dinner, within a workshop the songs brought by the participants were recorded on video and Mp3 format.
On the third day of the meeting the participants went to the village of Sânzieni, where in the companion of the local Roma community’s responsible they visited the Roma community living in the edge of the village. On this occasion they met and discussed with the local Roma peoples, and they have got a view about their everyday life in this village. The next program was the visiting of Târgu Secuiesc city, where the organizers of the meeting presented the historical center of the town. Further they went back to Cernat village and visited the „Haszmann Pál” Ethnographic Museum.
After lunch was held the evaluation of the meeting, in which the participants talked about the experiences gained during these three days. Some of the participants formulated their opinion between tears. Conclusion of the evaluation was that, in spite of the heavy program, everyone had a good time, and they learned a lot from what they have seen and heard during these three days.
The participants had the possibility to know the life and culture of the Roma peoples living in Covasna county. All of these things gave an impulse for some of the participants to continue their activity, they received a kind of stimulation regarding their work with the Roma and migrant communities.
During the program the participants approached a little bit towards the life and culture of the Roma peoples living in Covasna county. Visiting the Roma communities left in many of them a deep emotional impression. The meeting was a great experience for all of the participants, they loved the people's kindness and hospitality from Covasna county, the beauty of the landscape.
After the evaluation the staff discussed the further details of the project which will be ended on 31th of July 2014, and they also discussed about the next meeting, which will be held in Hungary.
We can say that during the meeting in the village of Cernat the participants get an introspection in the life, the culture, habits and traditions of the Roma peoples living in Covasna county, in the situation of the volunteering in Covasna county, and they have known better each other and the participant organizations. In spite of the cultural variety, the participants, who represented different cultures, have known each other very easy, and at the end of the meeting a real team has been formed.
On 21th of March 2014 the participants went home with the beauty of Covasna county’s landscape, with the richness of the Roma culture from Covasna county and with the thought that they will come back in the future.
